复方樟柳碱联合阿柏西普治疗顽固性糖尿病性黄斑水肿的效果

摘　　要：目的评价阿柏西普玻璃体内注射联合复方樟柳碱治疗顽固性糖尿病性黄斑水肿的效果。方法回顾性病例对照研究。分析2018年6月至2021年6月郑州市第九人民医院顽固性糖尿病性黄斑水肿60例(60眼)的临床资料。患者分阿柏西普玻璃体内注射组(对照组)和阿柏西普玻璃体内注射联合复方樟柳碱颞部皮下注射组(试验组)。每组30例(30眼)。治疗后随访6个月,观察视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心区厚度(CMT)及眼压的改变。结果两组注射后视力及CMT均明显优于治疗前(均P<0.05)。试验组治疗后1周,1、3及6个月视力较对照组视力更好(t=2.52,2.49,2.12,2.36;P=0.022,0.013,0.012,0.026);试验组CMT较对照组更低(t=8.16,7.23,6.43,5.62;P=0.022,0.012,0.014,0.026)。结论复方樟柳碱联合阿柏西普治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿效果更好,能更好地改善视力。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intravitreal injection of aflibercept combined with compound anisodine for the treatment of refractory diabetic macular edema.Methods This was a retrospective case control study.The clinical data of 60 eyes of 60 cases of refractory diabetic macular edema treated in The Ninth People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from Jun.2018 to Jun.2021 were analyzed.All patients were divided into intravitreal injection of aflibercept group(control group)and intravitreal injection of aflibercept combined with temporal subcutaneous injection of compound anisodine group(trial group),30 eyes of 30 cases in each group.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central macular thickness(CMT)and intraocular pressure were observed after 6 months of follow-up.Results BCVA and CMT after injection in the two groups were significantly better than those before injection.The postoperative visual acuity of the trial group was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.52,2.49,2.12,2.36;P=0.022,0.013,0.012,0.026).The CMT of the trial group were lower than that of the control group(t=8.16,7.23,6.43,5.62;P=0.022,0.012,0.014,0.026).Conclusion The combination of compound anisodine and abercept is more effective in treating refrctory diabetic macular edema and improve visual acuity better.
