摘 要:硬岩隧道掘进机(TBM)在掘进过程中,掘进参数会随着不同的地质条件持续变化,根据参数变化预判围岩性质并进一步调整掘进参数对于安全施工至关重要。依托青岛地铁4号线内海区间始发井—劲松三路站区间施工项目,选取3段具有代表性的围岩,采集施工过程中掘进参数,分别进行统计分析,并进行对比,得到双护盾TBM在微风化花岗岩、微风化花岗岩破碎带、强风化花岗岩中的掘进参数变化规律。研究成果可为类似工程TBM掘进参数控制和岩层变化预测提供参考。In the tunneling process of the hard rock tunnel boring machine(TBM),the tunneling parameters continuously change with different geological conditions.It is crucial to predict the properties of surrounding rocks and further adjust the tunneling parameters according to the parameter changes for the purpose of safety.Relying on the construction work of the section from the launching shaft in Inner Mongolia Road StationHaiboqiao Station to Jingsong 3rd Road of Qingdao Metro Line 4,we select three sections of representative surrounding rocks,collect the tunneling parameters in the construction process,carry out statistical analysis,and make comparisons,so as to obtain the tunneling parameter change law of the double shield TBM in the slightly weathered granite,slightly weathered granite fracture zone and strongly weathered granite.The research results can provide a reference for TBM tunneling parameter control and rock stratum change prediction of similar projects.
