摘  要:长大高速地铁线路一般具有站间距大、区间长度长、建筑结构体量大、工期压力大等特点,如何在确保安全质量、减少地铁建设对城市生产生活影响的前提下控制工期,是地铁建设需要考虑的重点。结合成都地铁19号线土建工程建设,提出有效控制项目工期的策略,即从设计方案优化入手,通过科学合理的工程筹划和全新的施工组织,明显缩短土建工期,缓解后续铺轨、安装装修工期压力。研究成果对长大高速地铁的设计、施工和建设管理工作具有借鉴意义。Long and large high speed metro lines are generally characterized by large spacing between stations,long section length,large-scale building structure and heavy pressure of duration.How to control the duration on the premise of ensuring safety quality and reducing the impact of metro construction on urban production and people’s living are the key concerns of metro construction.In terms of the construction of civil engineering of Chengdu Metro Line 19,the strategy to effectively control the duration of the project are proposed,that is,starting with the optimization of the design scheme,then significantly shortening the duration of civil engineering through scientific and reasonable project planning and new construction organization,so as to relieve the pressure of the duration of subsequent track laying,installation and decoration.The research results provide references for the design,construction and construction management of long and large high speed metro.
