行业学协会对我国铁路工程类专业人才培养介入模式研究

摘　　要：加强铁路工程类专业人才培养,有利于强化工程师的专业素质与实践能力,更好地为国家输出优秀工程人才。从国际工程专业人才继续教育概况出发,归纳总结典型国家和地区工程人才继续教育现状,阐述工程人才继续教育制度的循环模式和行业学协会在工程人才培养中的作用;扎根铁道行业,分析铁道行业学协会对铁路工程人才培养的介入模式现状,提出学协会应完善铁路工程师的认定机制和教育制度体系建设,加强人才持续职业发展考核,引导社会多元主体参与铁路工程类专业人才的培养。Railway engineering talents acquire better professional quality and practical ability of engineers from improved railway engineering education and form the prominent engineering talents group of China.Based on the reviews of international further engineering education,the paper summarises the status quo of further engineering education in typical countries and regions,and proposes the mutually-promoting circular relation of the further engineering education system and the significances of industry societies and associations in engineering education.Moreover,based on the railway industry practice,the study analyses the status quo of the intervention models of railway industry societies and associations in railway engineering education,and suggests that industry societies and associations should promote the qualification mechanism of railway engineers and the establishment of education system,strengthen the assessment of continuous professional development of talents,and encourage multiple social subjects to contribute to the education of railway engineering talents.
