疏肝解郁滋肾汤结合耳穴压豆治疗寻常型痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝解郁滋肾汤结合耳穴压豆对寻常型痤疮患者皮损程度的影响。方法使用简单随机抽样法将选取的89例研究对象(时间:2019年3月—2021年1月,地点:巨野县人民医院,类型:寻常型)分为观察组(45例)与对照组(44例)。对照组患者接受口服盐酸多西环素片、外敷阿达帕林凝胶治疗,观察组患者以上述治疗为基础,联合疏肝解郁滋肾汤、耳穴压豆治疗,2组均以6周为一个治疗周期。比较2组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、皮损程度积分以及血清炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者总有效率明显比对照组高;中医证候、皮损程度积分、血清IL-4、IL-17、TNF-α水平与治疗前比均降低,且观察组与对照组相比,其水平呈降低趋势(均P<0.05)。结论寻常型痤疮患者应用疏肝解郁滋肾汤结合耳穴压豆治疗可减轻中医症状,改善皮损程度,缓解炎症反应,且疗效确切。Objective To explore the effect of Shugan Jieyu Zishen decoction combined with auricular point pressing on the skin lesions of patients with acne vulgaris.Methods A total of 89 subjects(time:from March 2019 to January 2021,location:Juye County People’s Hospital,type:acne vulgaris patients)were divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(44 cases)by simple random sampling method.The control group received oral doxycycline hydrochloride tablets and external application of Adapaline gel,and the observation group was treated with Shugan Jieyu Zishen decoction and auricular acupoint pressing on the basis of the control group.Both groups took 6 weeks as a treatment cycle.Clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes,skin lesions and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate(91.11%)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.73%);after the treatment,the two groups of patients were treated with TCM syndromes,skin lesion scores,serum IL-4,IL-17,and TNF-αThe level was lower than that before treatment,and compared with the control group,the level of the observation group showed a decreasing trend(allP<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acne vulgaris,the combination of Shugan Jieyu Zishen decoction and auricular point pressing can reduce the TCM symptoms,improve the degree of skin lesions,alleviate inflammation,and has definite effect.
