清营汤联合丙球治疗气营两燔型川崎病30例

摘　　要：目的观察加减清营汤联合丙种球蛋白治疗气营两燔型川崎病临床疗效。方法60例川崎病患儿随机分成对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用基础治疗:丙种球蛋白、阿司匹林。观察组:在基础治疗基础上,运用加减清营汤口服。7 d为一个疗程,总共2个疗程。2组分别于治疗前后统计临床证候积分。结果2组治疗后临床疗效,观察组总有效率为100.0%,对照组总有效率为96.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义。结论加减清营汤联合丙种球蛋白治疗在临床辅助治疗气营两燔型川崎病的疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Qingying decoction combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of kawasaki disease of flaring heat in qifen and yingfen type.Methods sixty children with Kawasaki disease were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with basic therapy:1.gamma globulin 2.Aspirin.The observation group was given modified Qingying decoction on the basis of basic treatment.Seven days was a course of treatment for a total of two courses.The scores of clinical symptoms and signs were counted before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 100%in the observation group and 98.0%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Modified Qingying decoction combined with gamma globulin in clinical adjuvant treatment of flaring heat in qifen and yingfen Kawasaki disease is effective.
