消结散瘿汤辅助治疗甲状腺结节临床观察

摘　　要：目的探析消结散瘿汤辅助治疗甲状腺结节临床效果。方法选择泗水县中医医院2019年7月—2021年7月内分泌科就诊的82例甲状腺结节(痰结血瘀型)患者,随机分为2组各41例。对照组给予左旋甲状腺素,观察组在对照组基础上同时联合消结散瘿汤辅助治疗。对比2组临床疗效、治疗前后2个月中医证候积分、甲状腺功能指标[促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)以及游离甲状腺素(FT4)]、结节直径。结果观察组综合有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前中医证候积分、结节直径、治疗前TSH、FT3、FT4、治疗后FT3、FT4差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组中医证候积分、TSH、结节直径均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消结散瘿汤应用于甲状腺结节辅助治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者相关症状及甲状腺功能指标,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaojie Sanying decoction in the adjuvant treatment of thyroid nodules.Methods A total of 82 patients with thyroid nodules(phlegm and blood stasis type)who were treated in the department of endocrinology in Sishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given levothyroxine,and the observation group was combined with Xiaojie Sanying decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores for 2 months before and after treatment,thyroid function indexes[thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free triiodothyronine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4)],and nodule diameter were compared between the two groups.Results The comprehensive effective rate of the observation group(97.56%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.37%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes,nodule diameter,TSH,FT3,FT4 before treatment,and FT3,FT4 after treatment between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,TSH,and nodule diameter in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaojie Sanying decoction applied to the adjuvant treatment of thyroid nodules has a significant effect,can effectively improve the patients’related symptoms and thyroid function indexes,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
