消积止咳口服液联合推拿治疗食积气滞型小儿食积咳嗽临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价消积止咳口服液联合推拿治疗食积气滞型小儿食积咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月—2020年12月至方城县中医院就诊食积气滞型食积咳嗽患儿96例,随机分为2组,每组48例。对照组予消积止咳口服液口服治疗,试验组予消积止咳口服液联合推拿治疗,治疗周期为1周。结果试验组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医四诊证候评分、TNF-α、IL-6、ICAM-1、EOS水平与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组中医四诊证候评分、TNF-α、IL-6、ICAM-1、EOS水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消积止咳口服液联合推拿治疗食积气滞型小儿食积咳嗽疗效确切,可有效降低中医四诊证候评分及血清TNF-α、IL-6、ICAM-1、EOS水平,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid combined with massage in the treatment of children with dyspepsia cough of dyspepsia and qi stagnation type.Methods From June 2018 to December 2020,96 children with dyspepsia cough of dyspepsia and qi stagnation type were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid,and the experimental group was treated with Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid combined with massage.The treatment cycle was 1 week.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine four diagnostic syndrome score,TNF-α,IL-6,ICAM-1 and EOS levels between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine four diagnostic syndrome score,TNF-α,IL-6,ICAM-1 and EOS levels between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid combined with massage is effective in the treatment of children with food retention cough of food retention and qi stagnation type,which can effectively reduce the score of four diagnostic symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6,ICAM-1 and EOS,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
