摘 要:针对高温升燃烧室高油气比条件下的掺料掺混及燃烧组织问题,利用数值模拟方法探究旋流器主副模叶片安装角对高温升燃烧室性能的影响。本文对一种带有中心分级双旋流多点直喷头部的高温升燃烧室,分别研究副模叶片角为32°、36°、40°、44°和48°,主模叶片角为48°、52°、56°、60°和64°时燃烧室各项性能变化,得到结论如下:当旋流器副模叶片安装角增大时,回流区尺寸及回流区轴向速度变大、油气掺混效果变好,燃烧场高温区减小,燃烧室整体效率、温升、压损均升高,出口温度分布系数(OTDF)降低;当旋流器主模叶片安装角增大时,回流区形状由“葫芦”状变为“水滴”状,油气掺混效果变好,高温区前移,效率、温升、压损均升高,OTDF降低。In order to study the mixing of fuel with air and combustion organization under the condition of high oil-gas ratio in high temperature rise combustor,the influence of the installation angle of the main and auxiliary blades of hydrocyclone on the performance of high temperature rise combustor was investigated by numerical simulation.The performance of the combustor with a central-stage、dual-swirl and multi-point straight nozzle were studied when the secondary mode blade angles were 32°,36°,40°,44°and 48°,and the main mode blade angles were 48°,52°,56°,60°and 64°。The conclusions are as follows:when the installation angle of the sub-mode of the swirl increases,the size and axial velocity of the reflux zone become larger,the mixing effect of the fuel and air becomes better,the high temperature zone of the combustion field decreases,the overall efficiency,temperature rise and pressure loss of the combustion chamber increase,and the outlet temperature distribution factor(OTDF)decreases.When the installation angle of the master mode of the swirl increases,the shape of the reflux zone changes from"gourd"to"water drop",and the mixing effect of fuel and air becomes better,The high temperature zone moves forward,and the efficiency,temperature rise and pressure loss increase,while the OTDF decreases.
