摘　　要：介绍了医院信息化平台建设取得的管理经验,通过对比2019—2021年平台建设前后临床类、医技类部分指标,显示信息平台建设后病历质量管理、围术期及重症质量管理、医疗安全管理、医技科室报告及时率均有显著改善。同时讨论了医疗质量管理平台体系建设的重要性和中医医院医疗质量管理平台的特点,认为医疗质量管理要充分依托医院信息化系统,不断提升医院管理水平和效率。It mainly introduces the management experience gained in the construction of hospital information platform.By comparing some indicators of clinical and medical technology before and after the construction of the platform from 2019 to 2021,it showed that the quality management of medical records,perioperative and critical quality management,medical safety management and the timely reporting rate of medical technology departments have been significantly improved after the construction of the information platform.Besides,the importance of the construction of the medical quality management platform system and the characteristics of the medical quality management platform of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals are discussed.The medical quality management should fully rely on the hospital information system,promote the hospital management level and efficiency.
