摘　　要：当前,山东省儿科医疗资源发展不均衡现象严重,基层儿科专业人员数量和服务能力不足,儿童专科医疗联合体面临巨大挑战。为突破传统医疗联合体建设模式的局限性,济南市儿童医院通过信息化平台建设与实践,探索“互联网+”赋能医疗联合体建设发展布局,以促进医疗资源上下贯通,促进基层医疗机构儿科服务质量和效率,在实践中解决问题并进一步探讨专科医疗联合体发展方向。At present,the imbalance of pediatric medical resources development in Shandong Province is serious.As the insufficient number and service capabilities of pediatric professional at the primary levels,the children’s specialized medical association is facing great challenges.To break the limitations of traditional medical treatment combination construction mode,Qilu Children’s Hospital of Shandong University explored the development layout of the Internet plus empowering medical treatment combination through the information platform construction and practice.It is to promote the continuity of medical resources,promote the quality and efficiency of pediatric services in primary medical institutions,solve problems in practice and further explore the development direction of the specialized medical association.
