摘 要:目的通过分析8种呼吸道感染病原体IgM抗体检测结果,了解北京京西地区常见呼吸道病原体分布及流行趋势。方法回顾分析2019年1月至2021年12月期间北京朝阳医院西院4530例门诊及住院患者呼吸道病原体谱检测数据,对不同年度、不同季节、不同年龄段、门诊及住院患者结果进行统计分析。结果4530例样本总阳性检出率为35.87%(1625/4530),单一病毒检出样本占所有检出样本的19.86%(900/4530),阳性检出率最高的3种病原体,MP占16.37%(742/4530)、INFB占14.02%(635/4530)、INFA占12.38%(561/4530),不同季节间,LPS阳性检出率差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),在夏秋感染率偏高(7.4%和9.5%),不同年度间,MP、CP、LPS、ADV、INFA、INFB阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),门诊与住院部患者MP、LPS及INFB阳性检出率差异存在统计学意义,不同年龄段间,RSV、MP、LPS、INFA、INFB、PIVSS阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论北京京西地区呼吸道病原体分布以MP、INFB、INFA感染为主,不同年度、季节、年龄、人群的呼吸道病原体有所差异,其分布及流行特征为临床防治提供了实验资料和理论依据。Objective To investigate the distribution and epidemic trend of common respiratory pathogens in western Beijing area by analyzing the IgM antibody test results of 8 respiratory pathogens.Methods The respiratory tract pathogen spectrum detection data of 4530 outpatients and inpatients in the West Hospital of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital from January,2019 to December,2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The results of outpatients and inpatients in different years,seasons and age groups were statistically analyzed.Results The total positive rate of 4530 samples was 35.87%(1625/4530),specifically,the single virus accounted for 19.86%(900/4530)of all samples,the three pathogens with the highest positive rate MP accounted for 16.37%(742/4530),INFB accounted for 14.02%(635/4530)and INFA accounted for 12.38%(561/4530).There were significant differences in the positive rate of LPS among different seasons(P<0.05).The infection rate in summer and autumn was high(7.4%and 9.5%).Among different years,MP,CP,the positive detection rates of LPS,adv,INFA and INFB were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were differences in the positive detection rates of MP,LPS and INFB between outpatients and inpatients.There were significant differences in the positive detection rates of RSV,MP,LPS,INFA,INFB and PIVSS among different age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion MP,INFB and INFA are the main respiratory pathogens in the west of Beijing area.The respiratory pathogens are different among different years,seasons,ages and populations.Their distribution and epidemic characteristics provide an experimental reference and theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment.
