摘  要:肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP)是引起儿童呼吸道感染疾病常见的病原体,不仅能诱发肺炎,还能加重其他肺部疾病,如哮喘、支气管炎和慢性阻塞性肺疾病的症状。社区获得性呼吸窘迫综合征毒素(community-acquired respiratory distress syndrome toxin,CARDS TX)被认为是目前已发现的MP唯一的毒力因子,可引起严重的肺部炎症反应。已有的研究表明CARDS TX具有二磷酸腺苷核糖转移酶(ADP-ribosyltransferase,ART)活性,使细胞空泡化。本文就CARDS TX的结构、表达、受体、致病机制以及在肺炎支原体肺炎的诊断及在疫苗中的潜在应用价值等方面进行综述,为进一步研究肺炎支原体感染的机制、诊断以及疫苗的开发提供理论依据。Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)is one of the most familiar pathogens of community-acquired pneumonia in children.MP can not only lead to pneumonia,but also can aggravate other diseases of respiratory system,such as asthma,bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder.Community-acquired respiratory distress syndrome toxin(CARDS TX)is the only toxic factor identified in MP as of today,which may induce severe inflammatory response in lung.It has been widely studied that CARDS TX exhibits ADP-ribosylating and vacuolating activities.This paper briefly reviews the structure,distribution,receptors,diagnosis,pathogenic mechanisms of MP and its potential value in vaccine development.This review provides theoretical foundations for future study of MP infection,diagnosis and related vaccine development.
