摘 要:以江苏省某地使用的移动内爬插接景观塔(金轮)为研究对象,使用SolidWorks建立三维模型,结合有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench进行模态分析。通过模态仿真分析,得到该插接式单管塔前6阶非零模态频率及各阶模态振型,其中结构的第1阶非零模态的自振频率为2.0899 Hz,自振周期为0.478 s,符合建筑载荷规范中对自振频率与周期的要求,证明所建的插接式单管塔模型符合工程计算要求。仿真分析可为插接式单管塔的动态特性评定、风载与抗震性能分析提供依据。Taking the mobile internal climbing plug-in landscape tower(Golden Wheel)used in a place in Jiangsu province as the research object,the three-dimensional model is established by SolidWorks,and the modal analysis is carried out with the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.Through modal simulation analysis,the first six non-zero modal frequencies and modal vibration modes of the plug-in single pipe tower are obtained,and the first non-zero modal natural frequency of the structure is 2.0899 Hz,the natural period is 0.478 s,which meets the requirements of the building load code for the natural frequency and period.It is proved that the model of the plug-in single tube tower conforms to the engineering calculation requirements.The simulation analysis can provide a basis for the dynamic characteristic evaluation,wind load and seismic performance analysis of plug-in single pipe tower.
