摘  要:蛇形管弯管机中的关键元件减压阀的性能直接决定了蛇形管加工质量的好坏。对传统直动式减压阀进行改进,设计了一种环形阻尼新型减压阀,建立了新型减压阀仿真模型,分析了环形阻尼孔长度、环形阻尼间隙宽度和稳压活塞质量对阀性能的影响。仿真结果验证了设计的可行性,所得研究结论对减压阀的优化设计有一定的参考价值。The performance of pressure reducing valve of the key component of serpentine pipe bender directly determines the machining quality.Based on the improvement of traditional direct-acting pressure reducing valve,a new type of annular damping pressure reducing valve optimization structure is designed,and the valve simulation model is established and analyzed.The feasibility of the design is verified by simulation.The influence of annular damping hole length,annular damping hole gap diameter and piston quality on valve performance is further analyzed.The conclusions are valuable for the optimization design of pressure reducing valve.
