摘  要:为提高四向穿梭车作业调度的效率,解决穿梭车作业冲突问题,首先对四向穿梭车和提升机的运作流程进行分析,构建四向穿梭车的作业时间模型;然后以作业时间模型为基础,构建作业调度模型,得到求解的目标函数;再对穿梭车冲突进行分析,得到解决策略;最后构建GA-DPSO算法对任务调度模型进行求解。仿真结果表明,在出库任务数量固定的前提下,改进算法在四向穿梭车作业调度模型中,无论是求解的迭代次数,还是对调度方案的优化效率上,相较传统的求解方法都具有明显优势,证明该算法在四向穿梭车作业调度模型求解中具有更高的可行性。In order to improve the efficiency of four-way shuttle operation scheduling and reduce the shuttle operation conflict,GA-DPSO algorithm is proposed to solve and optimize the four-way shuttle operation scheduling model and obtain the optimal scheduling order.Firstly,the operation process of four-way shuttle and elevator is analyzed,and the operation time model of four-way shuttle is constructed;Then,based on the job time model,the job scheduling model is constructed,and the objective function is obtained;Then analyze the shuttle conflict and get the solution strategy;Finally,GA-DPSO algorithm is constructed to solve the task scheduling model.The simulation results show that under the premise of a fixed number of outbound tasks,the improved algorithm has obvious advantages over the traditional solution methods in terms of the number of iterations and the optimization efficiency of the scheduling scheme in the four-way shuttle job scheduling model,which proves that the algorithm has higher feasibility in solving the four-way shuttle job scheduling model.
