摘  要:大数据共享背景下的第五代移动通信(5G)技术让人们生活更便捷,通信更通畅。同时随着社会经济的快速发展,我国每年因交通事故、坠落等高能量因素而致伤的人数较前显著增多,尤以严重多发伤为甚。创伤的早期有效救治是关键,构建完善的创伤急救体系,让患者在创伤发生后1h内得到及时有效的救治,能极大地减少创伤患者的早期死亡。而5G技术应用于创伤急救体系建设,可以实现区域急救资源合理调配、生命体征信息实时传输及院前-院内急救无缝衔接,提高创伤患者的救治生存率。The 5G(Fifth-generation mobile communication)technology in the context of big data sharing makes people’s life more convenient and communication smoother.At the same time,with the rapid development of social economy,the number of people injured by traffic accidents,falls and other high-energy factors in China increases significantly year by year compared with the previous ones,especially for serious multiple injuries.Early and effective treatment is the key to trauma,and constructing a perfect trauma emergency system to make patients get timely and effective treatment within 1 hour after trauma can greatly reduce the early death of trauma patients.The application of 5G technology to the construction of trauma emergency system can realize the reasonable deployment of regional emergency resources,real-time transmission of vital signs information and seamless connection between pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency,which can greatly improve the survival rate of trauma patients.
