摘 要:以洛南废次烟叶为研究对象,首先采用溶剂提取法得到茄尼醇的粗产物,继而对粗产物进行皂化,得到茄尼醇精品。利用薄层色谱法、紫外分光光度计法对产物进行定性分析和定量测定。探究了不同溶剂、浸提温度、浸提时间、料液比等对提取率的影响。结果表明采用溶剂法浸提烟叶中茄尼醇的最佳工艺条件为浸提液为石油醚,料液比为1∶10,提取温度为50℃,提取时间为6 h。Taking Luonan waste tobacco leaves as research object, the crude product of solanesol was obtained by solvent extraction, and then the crude product was saponified to obtain the fine product of solanesol. The products were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by TLC and UV spectrophotometer. The effects of different solvents, extraction temperature, extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction rate were studied. The optimum technological conditions for extracting solanesol from tobacco leaves by solvent method were as follows: the extraction solution of petroleum ether;the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶10;the extraction temperature of 50 ℃, and the extraction time of 6 h.
