摘 要:为了进一步明确巴东醉鱼草(Buddleja albiflora Hemsl.)的抑菌活性,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了其对小麦纹枯病菌、棉花黄萎病菌、水稻纹枯病菌、番茄叶霉病菌菌丝的生长抑制活性。结果表明,巴东醉鱼草对小麦纹枯病菌、棉花黄萎病菌具有较强的抑制作用,抑制率都达到了70%以上;对水稻纹枯病菌、番茄叶霉病菌菌丝生长在浓度10 mg干样/mL时抑制效果不明显,当浓度为50 mg干样/mL下,抑制率明显增高,分别为83.90%±0.19%、80.82%±0.36%,表现出较强的抑制率;正丁醇萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物、石油醚萃取物对上述4种病菌菌丝生长均有一定抑制作用,其中乙酸乙酯萃取物活性最强,在浓度为5mg干样/mL时,对4种病菌的抑制率都达到的70%以上,其中对水稻纹枯病菌的抑制率达到了81.88%±0.23%。由此可以推断巴东醉鱼草抑菌活性物质有进一步研究开发的潜力。In order to further understand the bacteriostatic activity of Buddleja albiflora Hemsl, we used the hypha growth rate method to determine its inhibitory activity to the hypha growth of Rhizoctonia cerealis Vander Hoeven, Verticillium dahlia, Thanatephorus cucumeris(Frank) Donk. and Fulvia fulva(Cooke) Ciferri.The results showed that Buddleja albiflora Hemsl had a strong inhibitory effect on Rhizoctonia cerealis Vander Hoeven and Verticillium dahlia, and the inhibition rate was more than 70%;while the inhibition effect on the hypha of Thanatephorus cucumeris(Frank) Donk. and Fulvia fulva(Cooke) Ciferri at the concentration of 10 mg dry sample/ml was not distinct. When the concentration was 50 mg dry sample/mL, the inhibition rate increased significantly, which were 83.90%±0.19% and 80.82%±0.36%, respectively;N-butanol extract, ethyl acetate extract and petroleum ether extract had certain inhibitory effects on the hypha growth of the above four pathogens, among which ethyl acetate extract had the strongest activity.When the concentration was 5 mg dry sample/mL, its inhibition rate against the four pathogens reached more than 70%, and the inhibition rate against Thanatephorus cucumeris(Frank) Donk. reached 81.88%±0.23%. It can be inferred that the antibacterial substances of Buddleja albiflora Hemsl. has potential for further research and development.
