摘 要:在对电机振动噪声要求较高的场合,实现电机转矩的精确控制,精确的电流控制是关键,而不可避免的电流采样误差会影响控制精度,引起不必要的转矩和转速波动。针对此问题,本文以典型的永磁同步电机控制系统为研究对象,对电流传感器可能产生的电流采样误差进行了分析,将误差引入系统控制模型,实现了精确的误差分析建模。依据此模型分析了采样误差对系统运行造成的影响,并进行了仿真。根据仿真实验结果和理论计算结果对比可知,二者有高度的一致性,验证了所建立模型的准确性。In the occasions with high requirements for motor vibration and noise, to achieve precise control of motor torque, accurate current control is the key, and the inevitable current sampling error will affect the control accuracy and cause unnecessary torque and speed fluctuations. Aiming at this problem, this paper takes the typical permanent magnet synchronous motor control system as the research object, analyzes the current sampling error that may be generated by the current sensor, and introduces the error into the system control model to achieve accurate error analysis and modeling. According to this model, the influence of sampling error on the system operation is analyzed, and the simulation is carried out. According to the comparison between the simulation results and the theoretical calculation results, it can be seen that the two are highly consistent, which verifies the accuracy of the established model.
