摘　　要：水权水市场建设是我国深化水利改革的重要任务之一,是水利工作从依法行政管水到依法用行政、市场两种手段管水的重大转变。本文在分析广饶县水资源开发利用基础上,对该县水权水市场建设面临的形势进行了深入剖析,进而提出了相关对策,以促进该区域水资源高效利用和经济高质量发展。The construction of water right water market is one of the important tasks of deepening water administration reform in China. It is a significant change of water resources work from administrating according to law to a combination of administrating and market according to law. On the basis of analyzing the development and utilization of water resources in Guangrao County, this paper deeply analyzes the situation of water market construction, and then puts forward relevant counter-measures to promote the efficient utilization of water resources and high-quality economic development in this region.
