摘 要:海口双子塔-南塔超高层建筑采用桩-筏基础,其上部结构传力复杂、水平及竖向荷载大、内筒与外框地基差异变形及群桩效应明显,基础设计难度大。分析研究了桩-筏基础设计中单桩承载力特征值取值、超高层塔楼核心筒与巨柱间的差异沉降控制、水平荷载影响等关键问题,总结了巨型外框-核心筒超高层结构桩-筏基础的设计要点。基于承载力及变形控制要求比选了3种不同的基础设计方案,结果表明采用变刚度调平设计方法有效地减少了不同区域的差异沉降,桩身承载力满足要求,经济指标更优。The super high-rise building of Haikou Twin Towers-South Tower adopts the pile-raft foundation. There is complex force transfer of the superstructure of the tower, large horizontal and vertical loads, the differential deformation between inner corewall and outer frame foundations and obvious pile group effect, which leads to the difficulty in the foundation design. Some key issues in the design of pile-raft foundation were analyzed and studied including the eigenvalue value of single pile bearing capacity, the differential settlement control between the corewall and giant columns of the super high-rise tower, the influence of horizontal loads, and the design points were summarized for the pile-raft foundation of the super high-rise structure with giant outer frame-corewall. Based on the requirements of bearing capacity and deformation control, three different foundation design schemes were compared and selected. The results show that the variable stiffness leveling design method can effectively reduce the differential settlement of different areas, the pile bearing capacity meets the requirements, and the economic index is better.
