摘  要:采用微孔发泡注射成型工艺制备了聚丙烯/高密度聚乙烯(PP/PE-HD)发泡复合材料,研究了PE-HD含量对PP/PE-HD发泡复合材料结晶行为和发泡性能的影响。使用差示扫描量热仪、熔体流动速率(MFR)仪、扫描电子显微镜和冲击试验机分别对不同配比的PP/PE-HD发泡复合材料的结晶行为、MFR、微观结构和冲击强度进行表征。结果表明,添加PE-HD能够降低PP的MFR,提高PP的熔体强度。少量的PE-HD能促进PP结晶,并改善其发泡行为。当PE-HD质量分数为10%时,PP/PE-HD发泡复合材料的泡孔平均直径达到最小值73.4μm,泡孔密度达到最大值4.2×10^(5)个/cm^(3),但过量的PE-HD会使泡孔结构恶化。PE-HD和泡孔结构都表现出一定的增韧效果。当PE-HD质量分数为20%时,PP/PE-HD发泡复合材料的冲击强度达到最大值,其值为37.6 kJ/m^(2),此时具有最高的孔隙率,其值为27.0%。The polypropylene/high-density polyethylene(PP/PE-HD)composite foams were prepared by the microcellular foam injection molding process.The effects of PE-HD content on the crystallization behavior and foaming performance of PP/PE-HD composite foams were investigated.The crystallization behavior,melt flow rate,microstructure,and impact toughness of PP/PE-HD composite foams were characterized by differential scanning calorimeter,melt flow rate meter,scanning electron microscope,and impact testing machine,respectively.The results show that PE-HD can decrease the flow melting index and increase the melt strength of PP.Adding a small amount of PE-HD can promote crystallization and improve the foaming behavior of PP.As the mass fraction of PE-HD is 10%,the average diameter of the cells reaches the minimum value of 73.4μm,while the cell density reaches the maximum value of 4.2×105 cells/cm^(3).However,excessive PE-HD will worsen the cell structure.PE-HD and cell structure show a toughening effect to a certain extent.When the mass fraction of PE-HD is 20%,the impact toughness of the PP/PE-HD composite foams reaches the maximum value of 37.6 kJ/m^(2) with a maximum porosity value of 27.0%.
