摘  要:采用熔融共混法制备高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)/赤泥(RM)/磷石膏(PG)复合材料。通过力学测试、差示扫描量热、热变形温度、扫描电子显微镜等分析测试方法研究了RM/PG二元协同粉体粒径、RM/PG二元协同粉体填充量对PE-HD/RM/PG复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,不同粒径RM/PG二元协同粉体对复合材料的力学性能影响相差不大,但随着RM/PG二元协同粉体填充量的增加能提高复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量,当RM/PG二元协同粉体粒径为6.5μm,质量分数为40%时,其复合材料的综合性能最好,较纯PE-HD分别提高了12.2%,48.1%和95%。RM/PG二元协同粉体对PE-HD有异相成核作用,使PE-HD/RM/PG复合材料的结晶度、热变形温度分别提高了13%,49.1%,且小粒径的RM/PG二元协同粉体在PE-HD基体中分散得更好,对PE-HD分子链运动的阻碍作用更大。High-density polyethylene(PE-HD)/red mud(RM)/phosphogypsum(PG)composites were prepared by melt blending.Through mechanical testing,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),heat distortion temperature(HDT),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and other analytical tests,the particle size of RM/PG binary synergistic powder,the RM/PG binary synergy powder were studied.Effect of powder loading on the properties of PE-HD/RM/PG composites were studied.The research results show that the mechanical properties of the composites are not significantly affected by the RM/PG binary synergistic powders with different particle sizes,but the tensile strength,flexural strength and flexural modulus of the composites can be improved with the increase of the filling amount of the RM/PG binary synergistic powders.In terms of flexural strength and flexural modulus,when the particle size of the RM/PG binary synergistic powder is 6.5μm and the filling amount is 40%,the comprehensive performance of the composite is the best,which is 12.2%,48.1%and 95%higher than that of pure PE-HD,respectively.The RM/PG binary synergistic powder has a heterogeneous nucleation effect on PE-HD,which increases the crystallinity and thermal deformation temperature of PE-HD/RM/PG composites by 13%and 49.1%,respectively.The RM/PG binary synergistic powder disperses better in the PE-HD matrix and hinders the movement of the PE-HD molecular chain more.
