摘 要:为了降低低生热聚氨酯(PUR)弹性体的制备成本,采用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、1,4-丁二醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇和废旧轮胎胶粉(GTR)为原料,通过原位改性法制备了聚醚型聚氨酯/废旧轮胎胶粉(PUR/GTR)弹性体,并研究了胶粉含量对PUR/GTR弹性体动态力学性能(DMA)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、力学性能以及动态流变性能的影响。研究结果表明,PUR/GTR弹性体在高温阶段具有较高的储能模量保留率(SMRR)和较低的动态生热指数(DHGI),当GTR质量分数为1.25%时,PUR/GTR弹性体的SMRR和DHGI分别为92.20%和57.58%,而纯PUR的SMRR和DHGI为84.15%和75.68%,说明GTR的加入可以显著降低聚醚型PUR的动态生热。另外,DMA,FTIR以及动态流变性能研究结果表明,胶粉颗粒以网络状均匀分布在基体相中,降低了PUR的微相分离程度,致使PUR/GTR弹性体的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率降低。In order to reduce the preparation cost of low heat generation polyurethane(PUR)elastomer,polyether-type polyurethane/ground tire rubber(PUR/GTR)elastomer was synthesized in situ with the diphenylmethane diisocyanate,1,4-butanediol,polytetrahydrofuran glycol and GTR as raw materials.And the effect of GTR content on the dynamic mechanical property(DMA),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)absorption spectroscopy,mechanical property and dynamic rheological property of PUR/GTR elastomer were also investigated.The results show that PUR/GTR elastomer has the higher storage modulus retention rate(SMRR)and the lower dynamic heat generation index(DHGI)at high temperature than those of pure PUR.When GTR content is 1.25wt%,the SMRR and DHGI of PUR/GTR elastomer are 92.20%and 57.58%,respectively.Whereas the index above of pure PUR are 84.15%and 75.68%,which shows that the addition of GTR can significantly reduce the dynamic heat generation of polyether-type PUR.Additionally,the results of dynamic mechanical thermal analysis,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and dynamic rheological properties show that the GTR particles are evenly distributed in the matrix phase via a network,which reduces the microphase separation degree of PUR,resulting in the reduction of the tensile strength and elongation at break of PUR/GTR elastomer to some extent.
