摘 要:以环氧树脂为基体,1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚为稀释剂,十溴二苯乙烷、聚磷酸铵为阻燃剂,聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚为增韧剂,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑为促进剂,多乙烯多胺为固化剂制备高压-树脂传递模塑成型(HP-RTM)高活性树脂体系。研究了稀释剂用量对高活性树脂体系的黏度、凝胶时间、固化速度、阻燃性能、热性能、力学性能和储能模量的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内,1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚稀释剂可以降低树脂体系的黏度、固化速度,但延长凝胶时间,降低树脂体系的阻燃性能、玻璃化转变温度、储能模量,提高了冲击强度;在1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚稀释剂用量为15%时,HP-RTM高活性树脂体系的性能最优,30℃时黏度是8.237 Pa·s,100℃时黏度是0.044 Pa·s,凝胶时间是96.4 s,固化时间是5 min,且固化过程中没有黑烟和气泡,阻燃性能达到UL94 V–0级,玻璃化转变温度是113.72℃,储能模量是485.8 MPa,冲击强度为12.5 kJ/m^(2)。High pressure-resin transfer molding(HP-RTM)high active resin system was prepared with epoxy resin as matrix,1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether as diluent,1,2-bis(2,3,4,5,6-pentabromophenyl)ethane and ammonium polyphosphate as flame retardant,polypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether as toughening agent,2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole as accelerator and polyethylene polyamine as curing agent.The influence of different content of diluent on the viscosity,gel time,curing rate,flame retardancy,thermal properties,mechanical properties and storage modulus of high activity resin system were studied.The results show that 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether diluent can reduce the viscosity and curing rate of the resin system,but prolong the gel time,reduce the flame retardancy,glass transition temperature and storage modulus,but improve the impact strength;when the amount of 1,4-Butanediol diglycidyl ether diluent is 15%,the performance of HP-RTM high activity resin system is the best,the viscosity is 8.237 Pa·s at 30℃and 0.044 Pa·s at 100℃,the gel time is 96.4 s,the curing time is 5 min,and there is no black smoke and bubble during the curing process,which can reach UL94 V–0 flame retardant grade,glass transition temperature is 113.72℃,the storage modulus is 485.8 MPa,and the impact strength reaches 12.5 kJ/m^(2).
