摘 要:某密闭空间生活必需的电动剃须刀塑料传动轴损坏,为了满足日常生活需要,采用熔融沉积成型(FDM)工艺制造聚乳酸(PLA)传动轴,因轴类零件扭转性能是关键性能参数,为了制造可替代的传动轴,研究了FDM工艺参数对轴类PLA制件扭转性能的影响,采用单因素分析与4因素4水平正交试验分析方法,对填充密度、沉积方向、填充图案和分层厚度4个单因素及16组不同工艺参数组合的FDM制件扭转性能进行了测试和结果分析。结果表明,沉积方向对PLA制件扭转性能影响最大;填充密度75%、沉积方向为竖直、填充图案为直线、分层厚度为0.25 mm是最佳制造工艺参数组合。按最佳工艺参数制造的PLA制件的最大扭矩为0.7425 N·m,相比于16组正交试验组合中最大扭矩值提高了10%。按照此参数制造PLA电动剃须刀传动轴,经测试其最大扭矩为0.73 N·m,满足剃须刀传动轴的设计要求,完全可代替原来的注塑轴,为提高FDM成型工艺打印制件性能和工艺优化提供参考。The plastic drive shaft of an electric shaver necessary for daily life in an enclosed space is damaged.In order to meet the needs of daily life,the polylactic acid(PLA)drive shaft was manufactured using the fused deposition modeling process(FDM),in order to manufacture the replaceable drive shaft,the influence of FDM process parameters on the torsional performance of shaft-type PLA parts was studied,using single factor analysis and four-factor four-level orthogonal test analysis,the torsional properties of FDM parts with 4 single factors(packing density,deposition direction,packing pattern and delamination thickness)and 16 dif-ferent combinations of process parameters were tested and analyzed.The results show that the deposition direction has the greatest influence on the torsional performance of PLA parts,and the optimum combination of manufacturing parameters is 75%filling den-sity,vertical deposition direction,straight filling pattern and 0.25 mm delamination thickness.The maximum torque of PLA parts manufactured according to the optimum process parameters is 0.7425 N·m,which is 10%higher than that of 16 orthogonal test combinations.According to this parameter,the PLA electric shaver drive shaft is manufactured,and its maximum torque is 0.73 N·m,which meets the design requirements of the shaver drive shaft and can completely replace the original injection shaft,it provides a reference for the performance improvement and process optimization of the printed parts in FDM molding process.
