摘  要:根据汽车门槛的结构特点与技术要求,设计了顺序阀控制的热流道双分型面的模具,该模具有多种不同的抽芯机构,在定模侧设计了两处液压抽块抽芯机构,抽芯距离分别达到了8 mm与35 mm;在动模侧设计了斜导柱+小滑块+油缸驱动大滑块运动的二次抽芯机构,小滑块的抽芯距离为33 mm,大滑块的抽芯距离达到60 mm;同时整个模具采用了双分型面的结构,在动定模具之间设计了一种定距拉钩的内抽型芯的脱模机构,控制动模B板与垫板按照设定的距离先开模35 mm,接着再打开定模A板与动模B板第二个分型面,成功解决了产品因多种特征而导致脱模困难的问题。通过铜套导向,该模具采用了直顶与斜顶组合的推出机构,“直通式+隔水片”的组合冷却水路设计。试模时该模具各机构运行顺畅平稳,一次成功,满足生产要求。According to the structural characteristics and technical requirements of automobile threshold,the mould of hot run-ner double parting surface controlled by sequential valve is designed.The mould had a variety of different core-pulling mechanisms,two hydraulic block core-pulling mechanisms were designed on the fixed mould side,and the core-pulling distance reaches 8 mm and 35 mm respectively.On the side of the moving mould,a secondary core-pulling mechanism was designed,which was driven by inclined guide pillar+small slide block+oil cylinder.The core-pulling distance of small slide block was 33 mm,and that of large slide block was 60 mm.At the same time the whole mould adopted double parting surface structure,the dynamic fixed mold design A distance between retractor in smoke core demoulding mechanism,control in accordance with the moving mould plate and plate B set distance open mould 35 mm first,then open the mould plate A and mould plate B the second parting surface,successfully resolved the product demoulding difficulty caused by a variety of characteristics and problems.Guided by the copper sleeve,the die adopts the push out mechanism of the combination of straight top and inclined top,and the combined cooling water circuit design of“straight through+water separator”.During the mould test,all mechanisms of the mould run smoothly,and one time is successful,meets the production requirements.
