摘 要:为研究多夹砂层玻璃钢夹砂管涵的剪切性能及破坏模式,按规范要求由定长缠绕生产的玻璃钢夹砂管涵上截取5个有效试样开展层间剪切强度试验,得到荷载作用下玻璃钢夹砂管涵试样的剪切强度和荷载位移曲线,分析其层间剪切破坏模式。结果表明,试样的剪切强度均值为6.11 MPa,最大破坏荷载的平均值为42.92 kN,破坏时的最大位移平均值为5.59 mm,剪切性能优越。试样经历弹性阶段、层间分离、屈服阶段的破坏历程;肉眼可见的裂缝首先出现在层间分离阶段,并逐渐发展贯通,直至屈服阶段的跨砂层贯通的剪切裂缝形成,试样发生剪切破坏。缠绕层与夹砂层的层间界面是玻璃钢夹砂管涵的薄弱位置,提高各结构层之间的粘结强度、树脂质量和浸润程度对于玻璃钢夹砂管材抵抗层间剪切破坏至关重要。In order to study the shear performance and failure mode of glass fiber reinforced plastics mortar(FRPM)pipes with multiple sand layers,according to the requirements of the specification,5 valid samples were intercepted from the FRPM pipe culvert produced by fixed-length winding to carry out the interlayer shear strength test.The shear strength and load-displacement curves of FRPM pipe and culvert samples under load are obtained and the interlaminar shear failure modes of the specimens were analyzed.The experimental results show that the average shear strength of the sample is 6.11 MPa.The average value of the maximum failure load is 42.92 kN and the average maximum displacement at failure is 5.59 mm.The shear performance of the sample is excel-lent.The failure history of the sample through elastic stage,interlayer separation and yield stage.The cracks visible to the naked eye first appear in the interlayer separation stage,and gradually developed and penetrated until the shear cracks that penetrated across the sand layer in the yield stage are formed,and the sample suffered shear failure.The interlayer interface between the winding layer and the sand-filled layer is the weak position of the FRPM pipe culvert.Improving the bond strength,resin quality and infiltration degree between each structural layer is very important for FRPM pipes to resist interlayer shear damage.
