摘 要:采用六甲基磷酰三胺(HPT)作为群青(UB)的分散介质,在单体浇铸(MC)尼龙成型过程中加入,制备出系列蓝色MC尼龙。利用扫描电子显微镜观察了样品的微观形貌,通过差示扫描量热(DSC)仪和X射线衍射(XRD)仪研究了UB-HPT对MC尼龙结晶行为的影响,同时考察了UB-HPT对MC尼龙力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,HPT的引入使UB在MC尼龙基体中具有良好的分散性。UB-HPT可诱导MC尼龙形成γ型晶体,并降低MC尼龙的结晶度,结合Avrami方程和L-H方程对样品等温结晶动力学进行分析发现,UB-HPT的引入使得MC尼龙的结晶过程发生了明显改变。相比未添加UB-HPT的MC尼龙,含UB-HPT的蓝色MC尼龙样品在保持较高强度的同时,韧性得到显著提高,当UB-HPT的质量分数为15%时,样品的拉伸强度由69.5 MPa降低至51.3 MPa,但断裂伸长率由224.7%提高至264.5%,同时缺口冲击强度由11.9 kJ/m^(2)提高至36.6 kJ/m^(2)。Ultramarine blue(UB)particles was dispersed in hexamethyl phosphoric triamide(HPT)and the compound of UB/HPT was obtained,and then the compound was added into the monomer casting nylon(MC nylon)during molding process,so a series of blue MC nylon samples were prepared.The fracture structure surface of MC nylon sample was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),the effect of UB-HPT on the crystallization behavior of MC nylon was studied by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD),meanwhile the effect of UB-HPT compound on the mechanical properties of MC nylon was also investigated.The results show that UB exhibites good dispersibility in MC nylon matrix in the presence of HPT.UB-HPT compound can induce MC nylon to formγcrystals and reduce the crystallinity of MC nylon.The isothermal crystallization kinetics of MC nylon is analyzed by combining Avrami equation and L-H equation.It is found that the crystallization process of MC nylon is obviously altered by the introduction of UB-HPT compound.Comparing with pristine MC nylon,the toughness strength of MC nylon containing UB-HPT compound are significantly improved while a relatively high tensile strength is maintained.When the dosages of UB-HPT compound is 15wt%,the tensile strength of the sample decreases from 69.5 MPa to 51.3 MPa,but the elongation at break increases from 224.7%to 264.5%,while the notch impact strength of the sample increases from 11.9 kJ/m^(2) to 36.6 kJ/m^(2).
