二氢吡啶衍生物的制备及在PVC中应用

摘　　要：以乙酰乙酸乙酯、月桂醇和乌洛托品等为原料,不添加任何有机溶剂,通过两步法合成了淡黄色的固态1,4-二氢-3,5-二乙酸十二酯-2,6-二甲基吡啶。将合成的二氢吡啶衍生物与液体钡锌、KY-405中的一种或两种并用作为热稳定剂加入聚氯乙烯(PVC)中,研究其对PVC热稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,使用液体钡锌/二氢吡啶衍生物/KY-405以及二氢吡啶衍生物/KY-405所制备的PVC试样的静态热稳定性优于单独使用其中任意一种热稳定剂所制备的PVC试样,在200℃烘箱中老化690 min,试样颜色仍没有明显变化,说明热稳定剂之间发生协同作用,能进一步提高PVC试样的静态热稳定性。二氢吡啶衍生物/KY-405并用时,在185℃,60 r/min下的转矩流变仪中塑化后的扭矩曲线经过7200 s仍较为平坦,说明所制得的PVC试样具有良好的动态热稳定性。使用液体钡锌作为热稳定剂能够提高PVC的透光率,添加液体钡锌/1,4-DHP/KY-405所制得的PVC透光率可达到87.3%。Light yellow solid 1,4-dihydro-3,5-dodecyl diacetate-2,6-dimethylpyridine was synthesized by two-step method with ethyl acetoacetate,lauryl alcohol and Urotropine as raw materials without adding any organic solvent.Liquid barium and zinc,synthetic dihydropyridine derivatives,KY-405 and one or both were added to polyvinyl chloride(PVC)as thermal stabilizers to study their effects on the thermal stability of PVC.The results show that the static thermal stability of PVC prepared with liquid barium zinc/dihydropyridine derivative/KY-405 and dihydropyridine derivative/KY-405 is better than that prepared with any one of the heat stabilizers alone.After aging in an oven at 200℃for 690 min,the color of the sample still do not change significantly,indicates that there is a synergistic effect between the heat stabilizers.It can further improve the static thermal stability of PVC samples.When dihydropyridine derivative and KY-405 are used together,the torque curve after plasticization at 185℃and 60 r/min is still flat after 7200 s,indicates that the PVC has good dynamic thermal stability.The light transmittance of PVC can be increased by the addition of liquid barium zinc heat stabilizer.The light transmittance of PVC prepared by adding liquid barium zinc/1,4-DHP/KY-405 can reach 87.3%.
