摘 要:简述了近年来透明聚氨酯(PUR)及其复合材料关于光学、力学等性质的研究进展。举例阐述不同原料、不同制备方法对PUR各项性能的影响,并从透明自愈合材料、透明涂层以及透明夹层玻璃三个方面总结了透明PUR在光学领域的应用。已报道的研究结果表明,透明PUR及其复合材料的高透光性以及独特的力学性质在光学防护领域具有极高的应用价值,有望广泛应用于汽车、飞机和建筑等安全玻璃和透明防护装甲等领域中。最后,展望了未来透明PUR基材料以及夹层玻璃的发展方向。The research progress of the optical and mechanical properties of transparent polyurethane(PUR)and its composite materials in recent years were introduced.The effects of different raw materials and preparation methods on the properties of PUR were expounded by means of some typical cases,meanwhile,the application of transparent PUR in the optical field was summarized from three aspects:transparent self-healing materials,coating and laminated glass.The reported research results showed that,the high transmittance and unique mechanical properties of transparent PUR had extremely high application value in the transparent protection field,it was expected to be widely used in the fields of safety glass and transparent protective armor,such as automobiles,,aircraft and buildings.Finally,the possible development direction of transparent PUR materials and laminated glass was prospected.
