摘  要:介绍了双峰泡孔结构聚合物泡沫的发泡技术,综述了国内外双峰泡孔结构泡沫制备技术的研究现状,分别从间歇发泡成型工艺、挤出发泡成型工艺、注塑发泡成型工艺以及其它发泡方式进行总结,并对常用双峰泡沫发泡技术制备中存在的优缺点进行总结;着重介绍了间歇发泡成型工艺的发泡方法对获得双峰泡沫的影响,并对双峰泡沫在未来的研究方向作出了总结与展望。The foaming technology of bimodal cell structure polymer foams were introduced.The research status of bimodal cell structure foam preparation technology at home and abroad was summarized with respect to batch foaming molding technology,extrusion foaming molding process,foam injection molding technology and other foaming method.The advantages and disadvantag-es of commonly used foaming techniques of bimodal foams were summarized.The influence of foaming methods in batch foaming process on bimodal foam were introduced emphatically and the research directions of bimodal foam in the future were summarized and prospected.
