摘　　要：介绍了聚乙烯醇(PVAL)薄膜的制备方法,简述了PVAL热塑性的研究进展,分析了薄膜制品的性能影响因素和加工工艺条件。分析表明,PVAL加工过程中的增塑剂、润滑剂、热稳定剂等均可影响PVAL的热塑加工过程。根据所利用的PVAL特性不同,PVAL包装膜可分为水溶性包装、阻隔性包装和防静电包装三类。由于具有良好的溶解性、对气体和非极性溶剂的阻隔性和环保特性,PVAL薄膜的应用已经越来越多被开发出来。The preparation method of polyvinyl alcohol(PVAL)film was introduced,the research progress of PVAL thermoplasticity was briefly described,and the influencing factors and processing conditions of film products were analyzed.The results reveales that the plasticizers,lubricants and heat stabilizers can affect the thermal processing of PVAL.Depending on the PVAL properties used,PVAL packaging film can be divided into water-soluble packaging,barrier packaging and anti-static packaging.Due to its good solubility in aqueous solution,resistance to gas and non-polar solvents,and environmental protection characteristics,the application of PVAL film has been developed quickly.
