摘　　要：墨菲从关于“政治”的讨论出发,对当代协商民主理论进行了批评。她认为协商民主理论过于强调理性与共识,从而忽略了政治中冲突与竞争的一面。她尤其反对哈贝马斯与罗尔斯的理论中对于一致性的追求。然而,尽管墨菲的批评有一定的价值,但她也过高地估计了哈贝马斯与罗尔斯的理论中对于理性一致的要求。Mouffe criticises contemporary theories of deliberative democracy based on the discussion of“the political”.She believes that the theories of deliberative democracy put too much weight on reason and consensus,and thus ignore the dimension of conflict and competition in politics.She especially criticises the pursuit of uniformity in the theories of Habermas and Rawls.However,although Mouffe’s criticism is valuable,she overestimates the demand of rational uniformity in Habermas and Rawls.
