摘 要:本文以某发动机台架试验过程中出现的油气分离器窜油故障为研究对象。通过对油气分离器结构、缸盖回油道设计以及台架试验数据进行分析,确定了缸盖回油不畅以及气体流速过高是导致油气分离器窜油故障的主要因素。通过调整缸盖回油道结构,优化储油槽结构以及增大取气口流通面积等措施,使故障问题得到有效解决。In this paper, the oil pumping fault of the oil-gas separator occurred during the bench test of an engine is taken as the research object. Through the analysis of the structure of the oil-gas separator, the design of the oil return channel of the cylinder head and the bench test data, it is determined that the poor oil return of the cylinder head and the high gas flow rate are the main factors leading to the oil channeling fault of the oil-gas separator. By adjusting the structure of the oil return channel of the cylinder head, optimizing the structure of the oil storage tank and increasing the flow area of the air intake, the fault problem can be effectively solved.
