摘  要:18PA6B (PA)和12PC2-6B (PC)型柴油机在国内某领域发电厂应急机组原动机中的应用占比非常大,柴油机缸套拉缸故障已成为专业领域内的重点关注对象,引起了设备制造厂和用户的高度重视。目前,由于各柴油机制造厂对缸套的制造工艺及运行要求不同,故而对缸套拉缸的判定和预防措施也不同。为了帮助发电厂用户更加合理地制定柴油发电机组应急预案,本文针对发电厂普遍采用的这两种机型的拉缸故障进行分析,并提供运行管理参考建议。18PA6B( PA) and 12PC2-6B(PC) diesel engines account for a large proportion of the application in the prime mover of emergency units in a special power plant in China. The cylinder liner failure of diesel engines has become a key concern in the professional field, which has attracted great attention from equipment manufacturers and users. At present, due to the different manufacturing process and operation requirements of diesel engine manufacturers for cylinder liners, the judgment and preventive measures for cylinder liners are also different. In order to help power plant users make more reasonable emergency plans for diesel generator sets, this paper analyzes the cylinder pulling faults of these two types commonly used in power plants, and provides reference suggestions.
