摘  要:发动机拉缸是柴油发动机的典型故障之一,本次研究尝试利用故障树分析法(FTA)解决在江淮汽车集团生产的某型柴油机中出现的拉缸故障。通过对柴油机拉缸故障的原因进行排查和总结,再对所涉及的因素按优先级顺序逐一进行研究和验证。验证结果表明,通过FTA对故障原因进行排查,实施相关针对性的改进措施,有效解决了该柴油机拉缸故障。Engine cylinder scoring is one of the typical faults of diesel engine. This study attempts to use fault tree analysis(FTA) to solve the cylinder scoring fault of a diesel engine produced by Jianghuai automobile group. Through the troubleshooting and summary of the causes of the cylinder scoring fault of diesel engine, the factors involved are studied and verified one by one according to the priority order. The verification results show that the cylinder scoring fault of diesel engine can be effectively solved by troubleshooting the fault causes through FTA and implementing targeted improvement measures.
