摘 要:石材工业在产品生产加工过程中,会产生大量的石材废弃物,从而造成严重的资源浪费和环境污染.而石材固废资源化利用将减少天然石材的消耗,并有效降低其在开采运输过程的碳排放量.同时,全生命周期评价方法能为探索合理有效的温室气体减排途径提供科学依据.对国内外现有的石材固废资源化利用过程中的碳减排效益研究进行了系统的回顾,基于生命周期评价方法建立的碳排放核算体系,分析比较再生水泥、再生混凝土、再生骨料等资源化利用技术的CO排放量,研究总结利用石材固废制备再生产品的碳减排效益现状.In the process of product processing and production, the stone industry will generate a large amount of stone waste, resulting in serious waste of resources and environmental pollution. The resource utilization of stone waste will reduce the consumption of natural stone and effectively reduce its carbon emissions in the mining and transportation process. At the same time, the life cycle assessment method can provide a scientific basis for exploring reasonable and effective ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This paper systematically reviews the existing research on carbon emission reduction benefits in the process of resource utilization of stone waste at home and abroad, establishes a carbon emission accounting system based on the life cycle assessment method, analyzes and compares the COemissions from resource utilization technologies such as recycled cement, recycled concrete and recycled aggregate, and summarizes the current status of carbon emission reduction benefits of using stone waste to prepare recycled products.
