摘 要:制备了P_(2)O_(5)/Al_(2)O_(3)包覆的装饰纸专用钛白粉,对钛白粉应用于装饰纸的留着率和耐光性进行分析,采用四因素三水平设计正交试验,分别考察了P_(2)O_(5)包覆量、铝包覆总量、第一层铝包覆量、第二层包覆陈化pH对其包膜后应用于装饰纸性能的影响,利用正交试验分析确定了P_(2)O_(5)/Al_(2)O_(3)复合包膜的最佳表面处理条件,并对其表面形态和表层元素进行分析,结果表明,钛白粉表层包覆效果较好,研制出的钛白粉具有优异的装饰纸应用性能。In this paper,P_(2)O_(5)/Al_(2)O_(3) coated special titanium dioxide for decorative paper was prepared,and the retention rate and light resistance of titanium dioxide applied to decorative paper were analyzed.Four factors and three levels were used to design orthogonal experiments to investigate the P_(2)O_(5) coating.The amount of aluminum coating,the total amount of aluminum coating,the amount of the first layer of aluminum coating,and the aging pH value of the second layer of coating were indeed the effects of the coating on the performance of decorative paper.The P_(2)O_(5)/Al_(2)O_(3) composite was determined by orthogonal experimental analysis The optimal surface treatment conditions of the coating were analyzed,and the surface morphology and surface elements were analyzed.The results showed that the surface coating effect of titanium dioxide was better,and the developed titanium dioxide had excellent application performance of decorative paper.
