摘 要:封口锥是夹套容器中的重要受压元件,对两种不同型式的夹套结构(第一种为U型夹套,第二种为加强圈把夹套分为上下两部分的夹套)的封口锥应用有限元应力分析法进行应力强度计算,得出以下结论:封口锥所需厚度大于夹套筒体所需厚度,封口锥的壁厚直接按夹套筒体壁厚取是不合理的;加强圈既可以满足把夹套分为上下两部的工艺要求,又可以对内筒体在外压载荷作用下起加强作用,并且可以明显改善封口锥的应力状态。Sealing cone is an important pressure part in jacket vessel,in this paper,finite element stress analysis is used to calculate the stress intensity of sealing cone of two types of jacket structure(the first type is U-shaped jacket and the second type is the jacket with reinforcing ring which divides the jacket into upper and lower parts),it was concluded as follows:the required thickness of sealing cone is greater than that of jacket shell,so it is not reasonable to determine the thickness of sealing cone directly according to the thickness of jacket shell;the reinforcing ring can not only meet the technical requirements of dividing the jacket into two parts,but also can strengthen the inner cylinder under the action of external pressure load,and can obviously improve the stress state of the sealing cone.
