摘  要:铁酸锌(ZnFe_(2)O_(4))属于正尖晶石结构,作为一种重要的金属氧化物,是典型的半导体材料。由于其独特的结构性能,包括有序的晶体结构、大的表面积和稳定性,已广泛应用于磁性材料、锂电池电极材料、气敏材料等。ZnFe_(2)O_(4)及其复合材料具有良好的窄带隙及的可见光响应,也是光催化方向具有潜力的材料之一。然而,关于NTC热敏陶瓷的研究却鲜有报道。因此,利用固相法制备Sb掺杂ZnFe_(2)O_(4)陶瓷,对陶瓷样品的物相和微观组织进行表征,研究其电性能。Zinc ferrite(ZnFe_(2)O_(4))belongs to the positive spinel structure,as an important metal oxide,it is a typical semiconductor material.Due to its unique structural properties,including ordered crystal structure,large surface area and stability,it has been widely used in magnetic materials,lithium battery electrode materials,gas sensing materials,etc.ZnFe_(2)O_(4) and its composites have good narrow band gap and good visible light response,and are also one of the potential materials in the direction of photocatalysis.However,studies on NTC thermosensitive ceramics are rarely reported.In this paper,Sb-doped ZnFe_(2)O_(4) ceramics were prepared by solid-phase method,the phase and microstructure of the ceramic samples were characterized,and their electrical properties were studied.
