摘  要:在我国发展的过程之中,群众的物质生活条件得到有效改善,这一时期也出现了许多为了追求精神享乐而吸食毒品的不法分子,导致我国社会建设受到一定的影响。根据研究调查分析显示,现阶段较为常见的毒品吸食类型为氯胺酮,严重影响着吸食者的精神健康以及身体健康。对生物检材中氯胺酮和其代谢物分析技术进展情况进行了全面的总结和分析,并且提出了液相萃取、固相萃取,固相微萃取,顶空固相微萃取、微波辅助萃取技术在氯胺酮萃取过程中的具体应用,以及薄层色谱分析法、气相色谱法、液相色谱法在生物检材中的优势以及局限性,并且展望了该项工作的具体发展。In the process of my countrys development,the material living conditions of the people have been effectively improved.During this period,many criminals who took drugs in pursuit of spiritual pleasure also appeared,which led to a certain impact on my countrys social construction.According to research and analysis,the most common type of drug use at this stage is ketamine,which seriously affects the mental health and physical health of users.The progress of ketamine and its metabolite analysis technology in biological samples was comprehensively summarized and analyzed,and liquid-phase extraction,solid-phase extraction,solid-phase microextraction,headspace solid-phase microextraction,and microwave-assisted extraction techniques were proposed.,the specific application in the extraction process of ketamine,as well as the advantages and limitations of thin-layer chromatography,gas chromatography,and liquid chromatography in biological samples,and the specific development of this work is prospected.
