摘  要:氨氮是以氨或铵离子形式存在的化合氮,是导致水域富营养化的重要因素,对工业排出废水进行氨氮分析具有一定的环保监测意义。通过设计实验、制作标准曲线、污水水样预处理以及设定分析条件,分别使用传统的分光光度法、离子色谱法、滴定法对工业废水中的氨氮含量进行分析,并对结果进行对比。实验结果表明:在精密度测试中,滴定法精密度较差,保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差都超过1%,所选方法中离子色谱法得到结果精密度最高,离子色谱法所得到的结果比其他两种方法稍高一些,与工业废水中的实际氨氮值更加接近。Ammonia nitrogen is a combined nitrogen in the form of ammonia or ammonium ions,which is an important factor leading to eutrophication in water areas.The analysis of ammonia nitrogen in industrial wastewater has certain environmental monitoring significance.Through the design of experiments,the preparation of standard curves,the pretreatment of wastewater samples and the setting of analysis conditions,the ammonia nitrogen content in industrial wastewater is analyzed by traditional spectrophotometry,ion chromatography and titration,and the results are compared.The experimental results show that in the precision test,the precision of titration method is poor,and the relative standard deviation of retention time and peak area is more than 1%.Among the selected methods,the precision of ion chromatography is the highest,and the result of ion chromatography is slightly higher than the other two methods,which is closer to the actual ammonia nitrogen value in industrial wastewater.
