摘　　要：研究紫稔止血合剂的制备工艺。评价指标设置为出膏率,采用正交试验法对“紫稔止血合剂”水提工艺进行优选,同时对工艺进行可靠性验证,中试研究确定工艺参数,稳定性研究保证成品质量。结果表明,紫稔止血合剂的最优制备工艺为:裸花紫珠、岗稔子、凤尾草加水8倍,煎煮1.5h,提取3次。该工艺设计科学,合理可行,稳定便捷,适用于紫稔止血合剂的制备,可应用于社会工业化生产,并为紫稔止血方的后续研究开发提供实验依据。Objective:To study the preparation technology of Ziren Zhixue Mixture.Methods:The evaluation index was set as the rate of paste production,and the water extraction process of“Ziren Zhixue Mixture”was optimized by orthogonal test method,and the reliability of the process was verified at the same time.RESULTS:The optimal preparation process of Ziren Zhixue mixture was determined as follows:adding water 8 times to Nasturtium vulgaris,Gangrenzi,and Pseudomonas chinensis,decocting for 1.5 hours,and extracting 3 times.Conclusion:The process design is scientific,reasonable and feasible,stable and convenient,suitable for the preparation of Ziren Zhixue Mixture,can be applied to social industrial production,and provides experimental basis for the follow-up research and development of Ziren Zhixue Fang.
