摘　　要：[目的/意义]大数据时代,竞争情报方的供应链信息源选择面临信息碎片化、关键信息前移、目标信息源数量激增等新情况,其信息源选择方法也要作相应的调整。[方法/过程]在梳理信息源选择方法和信息源定位方法相关文献的基础上,以竞争情报方决策需要为切入点,反推待挖掘的供应链关键信息,进而研制竞争情报方的供应链信息源选择方法。[结果/结论]设计了竞争情报方针对供应链集成化信息系统和供应链人际情报网络的信息源选择流程和具体步骤,探讨了两种信息源选择方法融合的必要性、可行性与具体路径。[Purpose/significance]In the era of big data,the supply chain information source selection of competitive intelligence party is faced with new situations such as information fragmentation,forward movement of key information,and surge in the number of target information sources,and the selection method of information source should be adjusted accordingly.[Method/process]On the basis of sorting out the relevant literature on information source selection methods and information source positioning methods,this paper takes the decision-making needs of the competitive intelligence party as the starting point,reverses the key information from the supply chain to be mined and then develops the information source selection method of the supply chain competitive intelligence party.[Result/conclusion]This paper designs the information source selection process and specific steps of the supply chain integrated information system and the supply chain human intelligence network for the competitive intelligence party,and discusses the necessity,feasibility and specific path of the integration of the two information source selection methods.
