摘 要:[目的/意义]核心专利是企业创新能力的体现,在产业中具有重要地位,识别某一企业的核心专利,有助于挖掘企业的关键技术与专利战略布局。[方法/过程]从专利自引的角度识别糖衣式专利布局下的核心专利。以专利最高他引频次和点度中心度分别表示专利被其他竞争者关注的深入度与广泛度,构建专利被关注深入度—广泛度的四象限图,识别围栏式专利布局下的核心专利。以Mobileye Vision Technologies公司的专利为例开展实证研究,并考虑时间因素、同族专利因素识别糖衣式专利布局和围栏式专利布局视角下的核心专利。[结果/结论]实证表明,提出的方法适用于企业核心专利的识别。[Purpose/significance]Core patents reflect the innovation ability of enterprises,which plays an important role in the industry.Identifying the core patent of an enterprise is helpful to explore the key technology and the patent strategic layout of the enterprise.[Method/process]This paper identifies the core patents under the sugar coated patent layout from the perspective of patent self-citations.The max external citations and degree centrality of patent represent the depth and breadth of the patent concerned by other competitors respectively.The four quadrant diagram of the depth and breadth of the patent concerned is constructed to identify the core patents under the fence patent layout.This paper takes the patents of Mobileye vision technologies as an example to carry out empirical research,and considers the factors of time and family patents to identify the core patents from the perspective of sugar coated patent layout and fence patent layout.[Result/conclusion]The empirical results show that the proposed method is suitable for the identification of core patents.
