摘　　要：[目的/意义]探究虚拟学术社区用户生成内容(UGC)知识类聚在分面式导航中的应用,对于解决知识迷航问题、优化社区知识服务以及促进知识聚合研究深入引导实践具有重要意义。[方法/过程]以分面分类理论为基础,引入LDA主题模型和LDAvis可视化工具,构建基于用户生成内容知识类聚的虚拟学术社区分面式导航服务框架模型,并采集丁香园心血管论坛的学术交流帖子进行实证分析。[结果/结论]知识聚合的结果能够为分面式导航服务提供有力支撑,一定程度上解决了虚拟学术社区原有知识导航服务存在的现实问题,提升了用户知识获取和交流的体验。[Purpose/significance]Exploring the process of user-generated content and knowledge clustering in virtual academic communities and its application in faceted navigation is of great significance for solving the problem of knowledge trek,optimizing community knowledge services,and promoting the in-depth guidance of knowledge aggregation research.[Method/process]Based on the facet classification theory,this paper introduced the LDA topic model and the LDAvis visualization tool,and constructed a virtual academic community facet navigation service framework model based on user-generated content knowledge clustering.Finally,it collected academic exchange posts of Dingxiangyuan Cardiovascular Forum for empirical analysis.[Result/conclusion]The result of knowledge aggregation can provide strong support for faceted navigation services.To a certain extent,this paper solves the actual problems of the original knowledge navigation service of the virtual academic community,and improves the user’s knowledge acquisition and communication experience.
