摘 要:针对某含碳超显微包裹体难浸金矿石,采用冶金和选矿方法回收其中的金,分别开展了常规氰化浸出、优先浮碳再细磨浮金、细磨焙烧预处理再氰化提金探索试验。结果表明,采用常规氰化法所得金浸出率仅为14.10%,即使进行脱碳处理后,金浮选的回收率也仅达到51.82%,而采用细磨焙烧预处理再氰化提金方法可有效解决该类型矿石受碳和包裹金影响的问题。矿石经细磨后,采用“焙烧-水洗-碱浸-氰化”的工艺流程,金的浸出率可达87.82%,金的回收效果较好。For a carbon-containing ultra-microscopic inclusion refractory gold ore,metallurgical and beneficiation methods were used to recover the gold in it.Conventional cyanidation leaching,preferential carbon floating and fine grinding of floating gold,fine grinding roasting pretreatment and cyanidation extraction were carried out respectively.The results show that the gold leaching rate obtained by the conventional cyanidation method is only 14.10%,even after the decarburization treatment,the gold flotation recovery rate is only 51.82%.The problem that this type of ore is affected by carbon and coated gold can be effectively solved by the fine grinding roasting pretreatment and cyanidation gold extraction method.After finely grinding of the ore,the process flow of“roasting-washing-alkaline leaching-cyanidation”is adopted.The leaching rate of gold can reach 87.82%,and the recovery effect of gold is better.
