摘　　要：综合分析湖南省土壤污染现状及成因,总结湖南省土壤染防治工作取得的阶段成果,并就当前土壤污染综合防治形势提出对策与建议。解析湖南省工业污染与农业污染等主要污染源特征和污染途径,研究和探讨适用于湖南省土壤污染综合防治的风险管控措施和治理修复对策。提出重点加强土壤污染工矿源头治理,强化保障农用地安全利用,持续提升土壤环境监管基础能力建设,以及加强生态文明建设宣传教育的综合防治对策,构建源头管控、过程监管和末端治理一体化的综合防治体系。The present situation and causes of soil pollution in Hunan province were comprehensively analyzed.The stage achievements of soil pollution prevention and control in Hunan province were summarized,and the countermeasures and suggestions on current situation of comprehensive prevention and control of soil pollution were put forward.The characteristics and ways of main pollution sources such as industrial pollution and agricultural pollution in Hunan province were analyzed.The risk control measurements and remediation countermeasures suitable for comprehensive prevention and control of soil pollution in Hunan province were studied and discussed.Suggestions on pollution risk control and remediation through multiple measures were proposed,such as:focus on strengthening the control of soil pollution sources in industrial and mining areas,ensure the safe use of agricultural land,continuously improve the basic capacity construction of soil environmental supervision,strengthen the comprehensive prevention and cure countermeasure of ecological civilization construction propaganda and education,build a comprehensive prevention and control system that integrates source control,process supervision and end management.
